What We Do

True bravery isn’t just found on the battlefield;

it is found in the quiet, daily struggles of the

home front.

When my father returned from serving in Afghanistan, he brought the war home with him, fighting a courageous but isolating battle with PTSD—a struggle he carried heavily, and largely alone. In honoring his memory after his passing in 2024, I established Tracy Lynn Rue Adventures to change the narrative for other military families. We provide structured, low-pressure outdoor adventures designed to help veterans struggling with PTSD and service-related challenges safely reconnect with their loved ones. By turning my personal grief into a lifeline for others, I stand committed to supporting the whole military family, proving that healing is a journey best taken together.

Our Mission:

Two soldiers standing outside a military building, one in camouflage uniform with a patch on the sleeve and the other in tactical gear with a helmet, during daytime.

At Tracy Lynn Rue Adventures, our mission is to serve military servicemen, women, and their families navigating the challenges of PTSD. We provide healing, low-pressure outdoor adventures designed to help veterans safely reconnect with their loved ones, break through the walls of trauma, and find strength together on the homefront.
